The Competency Manager© is used to record the key skills and competencies required for specific tasks and jobs in an organisation, as well as the formal qualification and practical competencies of all personnel, including contractors. Standard reports allow the user to match personnel to suitable tasks/jobs, to maintain a register and matrix of skill, training, competency, qualifications, and certifications, as well as manage renewal and retraining requirements.
