Client Services Coordinator

RMSS is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to coordinate and maintain fundamental relationships with all clients, ensuring excellent quality of service. This role will assist with training, ongoing support of client applications, coordination of application testing and releases, as well as the provision of supporting documentation such as enhancement guides. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team, contributing to the overall goals of the group.

Applicants should possess a strong a customer-focused approach, excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines, and computer literacy with excel, word and power point. Extensive customer service and experience with customer help line is an advantage however not compulsory.

Financial Controller

The role of Financial Controller is to partner with the RMSS management team and Board on all key RMSS financial, commercial and legal matters in a manner that adds measurable material value to RMSS, increasing the company’s profitability, revenue, net worth, and shareholder value of RMSS.

Applicants should have at least 8 years experience with a demonstrated track record of success and considerable practical experience in commercial negotiations, financial planning, reporting and controlling utilizing best of breed technology and procedures.

Specific Skills:

  • Ability to deal with people at all levels within, and external to, the organisation.
  • Strong operational cash management and forecasting skills to manage within an agile and dynamic sales environment.
  • Solid commercial skills to assist the sales team with drafting and negotiating sales contracts and liaising with external legal counsel when needed.
  • Experience with maintaining strong financial, human resources and contract controls and associated procedures and processes.
  • Solid reporting experience to provide transparent reporting to the management team and Board.

Sales Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Sales Coordinator to join our growing and dynamic Sales team to provide operational and specialist sales support. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing operational support to an Executive Sales team, managing client enquiries, managing the Sales CRM and keeping client records, coordinating sales documentation, processes and procedures and is also responsible for managing the entire tender response process for the global RMSS business. Tender responses primarily consist of: Request for Tender, Expression of Interest, Request for Proposal/Quote and Request for Information.

The successful candidate will have strong writing, editing and organisational skills as well as outstanding time and project management skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Word is essential.

Solution Sales Specialist

An outstanding opportunity exists for a qualified Solution Sales Specialist to join our growing and dynamic Sales team.

To apply for this role you require extensive experience selling enterprise software solutions, preferably within risk, claims, event/incident or compliance management solutions (or a comparable market such as HR, payroll or finance). 

The success person will have a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in a solution sales environment and must be able to work autonomously as part of a close knit performance based team, responsible for achieving and exceeding targets.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
  • Account managing existing clients and organically growing market share within them
  • Tendering for business
  • Professionally selling RMSS software to target industry verticals according to territory plans
  • Support RMSS marketing/lead generation activities such as attending trade shows and exhibitions
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Quickly grasp a working understanding of our solution and the value proposition it provides

Ideally, the successful person will have the following practical experience (negotiable for the right person):

 

  • An understanding and experience in risk, compliance, claims, or injury management industry (or a comparable market)
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets working in a performance based environment
  • Territory management experience
  • Competent with MS office suite
  • Experience in Microsoft CRM
  • Experience in pipeline building and management
  • Excellent time management skills

This is a Brisbane base position and will involve interstate travel.
