MARKETING / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
RMSS is recognised as a global leader in the development and support of risk, compliance, event and claims management software called Enterprise Risk Intelligence. Our head office located in Newstead; close to public transport, the river and Brisbane's CBD; is looking for the right person to join the team in an entry-level position that could be the beginning of a rewarding career in marketing, administration or client support.
The role will see you exposed to almost all facets of businesses operations; starting from answering telephones, administering office needs such as stationery procurement, supporting marketing activities such as webinars and social media and backing up the team with client support activities including data uploads and documentation. Where the role goes from here is totally up to the incumbent; their drive, their passion and their ability to demonstrate high performance from the beginning.
No specific background is required but naturally you have to present withconfidence, be able to demonstrate your initiative through previous workexperience, thrive in a team environment and have the right level of passionand ambition to be successful.

Client Operations Coordinator (Brisbane, Australia)
RMSS is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to coordinate and maintain fundamental relationships with all clients, ensuring excellent quality of service. This role will assist with training, ongoing support of client applications, coordination of application testing and releases, as well as the provision of supporting documentation such as enhancement guides. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team, contributing to the overall goals of the group.
Applicants should possess a strong a customer-focused approach, excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines, and computer literacy with excel, word and power point. Extensive customer service and experience with customer help line is an advantage however not compulsory.
