Best Practice Seminar: Enterprise Risk Intelligence in the real world.

Date: 24.11.10 - Wednesday - 9.30am - 12.00pm - Australian National Maritime Museum, Darling Harbour, Sydney
Organised By: RMSS  |  Type: Seminar & Breakfast

The concept and adoption of Enterprise Risk Intelligence is growing rapidly as organisations realise the value of integrating what used to be very disparate functions comprising: compliance, event/incident and risk management.

The ultimate value and power of Enterprise Risk Intelligence lies in the ability of organisations to tap into the ‘intelligence’ by integrating these functions.

This best practice seminar provides a unique opportunity to hear directly from Risk and Compliance Managers at Flight Centre, State Water Corporation and Service to Youth Council, as to how they are achieving and benefiting from best practice Enterprise Risk Intelligence.

Additionally attendees will walk away with a clear understanding of what ERI is, the core benefits and importantly the key steps involved to achieve best practice Enterprise Risk Intelligence within their own organisation.

Key outcomes of attending

  • Understand what Enterprise Risk Intelligence is and why it is more powerful than Enterprise Risk Management and GRC
  • Hear real world case studies from Flight Centre, State Water Corporation and Service to Youth Council
  • Gain an insight as to the value and ROI ERI can deliver across an organisation
