Voice of the Customer input continues to drive change at RMSS and positive outcomes for customers

We continue to receive valuable input from our clients through the Voice of the Customer program which was launched over 9 months ago.

Such input has ranged from suggestions for features / functions in future product releases through to product documentation, ideas for other training courses and customer support initiatives.

The quarter on quarter improvement in the net promoter scores provides us with a guide as to how the Voice of the Customer is driving positive outcomes for our customers.

Look out for the next round of VOC surveys which will be sent in late September.
