RMSS and AUSA report on key OHS Risk Management issues facing Universities

Date: 31.08.09 - Monday RMSS in conjunction with the Australasian University Safety Association (AUSA) is pleased to announce the release of a report on key OHS Risk Management issues facing Universities in a changing climate.

The report compiles the results of a survey conducted at the 2009 AUSA Conference held at the University of Sydney, July 7-10.

Key findings of the report include the numerous challenges faced with regard to Risk Management systems, whether at an OHS level or integrated and coordinated across the University as a whole.

Survey participants included representatives from local and international Universities that attended AUSA’s biennial conference.

AUSA is a network of OHS professionals servicing the tertiary education and research sector of Australasia.
